Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up, but we ask that all clients respect our time and schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No call, no show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no show may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
